The basics

Is ThickAFCredit a lender?

No. We build your file. Independent lenders make every funding decision. When your file is ready, your Director introduces you to lenders whose published criteria match it.

What happens on the free game-plan call?

You talk with a human Director about where your file stands and what a buildout would look like for you. No payment. No credit pull. No obligation. We reply within 1 business day to schedule.

My credit is rough. Can you still work with me?

Yes. A rough score is a starting line, not a stop sign. The team runs unlimited dispute rounds across all 3 bureaus, builds a removal strategy, and sends you a score-movement report every 30 days.

I don't have an LLC yet. Is that a problem?

No. If you need an LLC and an EIN, the team sets them up as part of the buildout. That is the first step to establish business credit in the business name.

What does the AI team actually do?

Six AI specialists each own one phase: intake, entity setup, bureau monitoring, tradelines and ordering, documents, and payments. A human Director reviews every phase and makes the judgment calls.

How long does a buildout take?

Every file is different. Once reporting vendors are stacked, the team targets a PayDex score of 80 or higher within 4 months. It is a target, not a promise.

Will I need a personal guarantee?

That is the lender's call. Some lenders offer no-personal-guarantee options. Where they do, we point you to them.

Do you only work with Detroit businesses?

We are Detroit-built. We work with founders across Metro Detroit, Grand Rapids, Lansing, all of Michigan, and the US.

The process

What is a thin file?

A credit file with too few accounts for a lender to judge. You can have a good score and still have a thin file. The buildout adds accounts that report, so there is something to read.

What is a PayDex score?

It is Dun & Bradstreet's score for how a business pays its bills. It runs up to 100. A PayDex of 80 means bills get paid on time. The team targets 80 or higher within 4 months. It is a target, not a promise.

What are net-30 vendor accounts?

Accounts where a supplier lets the business pay the invoice within 30 days. Only vendors that report those payments build the file. AGT-04 orders 15 or more that report and stacks them in a smart order.

Who decides if I get approved?

The lender. Every time. ThickAFCredit is not a lender. We build the file and make introductions to independent lenders whose published criteria match it.

How do I know what is happening on my file?

During the cleanup you get a score-movement report every 30 days. AGT-03 watches the business credit bureaus the whole time. A human Director reviews every phase.

The team

Is a real person involved?

Yes. A human Director runs the team. The Director reviews every phase, makes the judgment calls, and takes your game-plan call.

Will I talk to a person or an AI?

Your free game-plan call is with a human Director. We reply within 1 business day to schedule.

Why six specialists instead of one system?

One agent, one job. Each specialist owns one phase, so nothing gets blended or skipped. A human Director runs all six.

Does the AI team decide if I get approved?

No. ThickAFCredit is not a lender. The team builds your file. Independent lenders make every funding decision.

Your situation

Why was I denied with a good score?

A score is one number. Lenders also read the file behind it. If few accounts report, there is little to read. That is a thin file.

Can you get the bank to change its answer?

No. Every decision is the lender's. We build the file and introduce you to independent lenders whose published criteria match it.

How many dispute rounds do I get?

Unlimited. Every round covers all 3 bureaus.

Do you promise a score?

No. We do not promise scores or approvals. You get a removal strategy, unlimited dispute rounds, and a report every 30 days.

Can a brand-new business build credit?

Yes. A business credit file starts with the entity, an EIN and a DUNS number. Then vendors that report payments build it.

Will my personal credit matter?

That is the lender's call. If your personal file needs work, the cleanup comes first. Then the build.

I already have an LLC and an EIN. Do I start over?

No. The build continues from where you are. AGT-02 makes sure the listings and records lenders cross-check are set up right.

I pay my vendors on time. Why is my business file thin?

Vendors are not required to report payments to the business bureaus, and many never do. AGT-04 orders net-30 vendor accounts that do report.

What can lenders offer in the business name?

A business line of credit. A business card. A term loan. Every decision is the lender's.

Walk back in with a thick file.

It starts with one free call. A real person. A real plan for your file.

A file gets thick with time. The sooner the first vendor reports, the sooner it counts.
